Paul S. Johnson


Paul S. Johnson is an associate in the Salt Lake City office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Paul has years of trial and courtroom experience gained while representing local and state government, as well as private clients, in both civil and criminal matters.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property. Paul worked in the Chicago-Kent Intellectual Property Clinic. After his first year of law school, Paul was a research assistant with the Oyez Project. Following his second year, Paul was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert P. Faust in the Utah Third District Court.

Paul's background includes education and training in biology and chemistry. Concurrent with that training, Paul assisted in copyright and trademark licensing as an Intellectual Property Assistant for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Paul was born in Utah and raised on ski slopes.
