Heather E. Horn

Associate

Heather E. Horn is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, with a particular focus on complex wage and hour class action and PAGA matters. Her practice also covers a variety of single-plaintiff disputes such as discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment. 

Ms. Horn also has experience litigating and advising clients. She has litigated matters in federal and state courts throughout California, including motion practice, defending depositions, arguing motions, and drafting briefs. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Heather investigated discrimination and harassment claims on behalf of the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors. 

Ms. Horn was recently chosen as an American Bar Association (ABA) Chair of the Woman of Color Taskforce and YLD Scholar.
