Craig Holden is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois, a national Co-Chair of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and White Collar Defense Practices, and Vice-Chair of the Government Relations Practices. Mr. Holden’s practice includes a wide range of domestic and international commercial matters, with an emphasis on litigation, trials and arbitrations involving complex and contested business transactions, intellectual property, unfair competition, entertainment, investment, or high-stake disputes. His clients range broadly from multinational companies and entrepreneurs to entertainment companies and sovereign Indian nations. Mr. Holden has been repeatedly recognized in the “Best Lawyers in America” edition by his peers, as one of the “Top 100 Lawyers in California” by the Daily Journal Corporation, repeatedly named a “Super Lawyer” by Thompson Reuters, named “Minority Power Broker” by Law360, “Most Influential Black Lawyer” by Savoy Magazine, and “Advocate of the Year” by Public Counsel.

Mr. Holden is a skilled first-chair jury trial lawyer in federal and state courts. He is known for his cut-to-the-chase focus, and his ability to simplify complex cases and develop winning strategies. In addition to his trial practice, he has served as lead counsel in numerous international and domestic arbitrations, and is a securities arbitrator registered with FINRA. He also represents business owners, officers, and directors in connection with internal and external claims. As part of his counseling practice, he advises both large businesses and entrepreneurs facing government regulatory or white-collar criminal investigations. In representing clients, he focuses on providing results-oriented solutions, and securing early victory through use of dispositive motion practice.

Mr. Holden serves on both corporate and charitable boards. He has held leadership roles in multiple think tank and civic organizations, including a leadership council for the Rand Corporation, a non-partisan think-tank focused on cutting edge issues relating to business regulation and civic justice.
