Adam T. Hoffman is a partner in the New York and Newark offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment, Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability, and Real Estate & Land Use Practices. Mr. Hoffman's practice is concentrated in employment law, professional liability law, and commercial and real estate litigation in New York and New Jersey's federal and state courts. He has experience representing corporate and individual clients in litigation, arbitration, mediation, appeals, and negotiations.

Mr. Hoffman's approach to litigation focuses on negotiating and resolving disputes, wherever possible, to avoid or minimize his clients' exposure to protracted court proceedings, but also on providing clients with aggressive, sustained, and creative representation when litigation is a necessity.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoffman worked at a civil litigation firm with a focus on complex commercial litigation. His experience included a victory at trial in an art fraud action and the successful defense of a woman's right to reproductive autonomy over her cryopreserved embryos.
