Amin Hfaiedh is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.
Amin grew up and went to high school in Tunisia, North Africa. He then moved to Paris, France, to attend the Sorbonne Law School. During law school, Amin turned his hobby as a tennis player into a passion for officiating at a professional level. He was able to officiate three consecutive French Open finals. Amin also successfully completed his legal journey in France with a Master’s and an L.L.M. degree. In 2017, Amin moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and had some valuable litigation experiences working in personal injury law firms before attending the Juris Doctor program at the University at Buffalo, in New York. He has acquired labor law, commercial litigation, and insurance defense experience throughout law school and his practice of law. Amin is dedicated to bringing defense matters to the most efficient resolution during early negotiations or in litigation.
The challenges Amin has faced have shaped his character and enlarged his exposure to different cultures and legal systems.
Amin is fluent in Arabic and has a business-level proficiency in French.
