Hugo Hernandez-Diaz is an associate in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Medical Malpractice Group.
Hugo is a first-year associate and recent law school graduate. While attending law school, he worked full-time at one of Nevada's prestigious National/International law firms. There, he gained valuable experience as a records clerk and would eventually become a law clerk prior to graduating and taking the Nevada Bar. As a law clerk, he learned various fields of law, but primarily focused on real estate law. Additionally, Hugo served as the Region XIV President for the Law Student Division of the Hispanic National Bar Association from 2017-2019. He also served as the Notes Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal and was selected to have his student note published in the 10.2 volume of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal. Hugo graduated in the top third of his class and received the Dean’s Award upon graduation for his overall contributions to the law school.
