Haley Harrigan is an associate of the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Her current practice includes representing individuals, contractors, and businesses in tort litigation, primarily in the areas of premises liability, personal/ catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and dram shop litigation. While in law school, Ms. Harrigan clerked for the Honorable Bruce Cohen in Maricopa County Superior Court, where she gained a wide variety of experience in criminal law and post-conviction appeals. Ms. Harrigan also served as Teaching Assistant for Business Associations and Contract courses. Additionally, she was elected Student Scholarship Editor of Law Review. During her tenure on law review, Ms. Harrigan had her legal articles published on four separate occasions, including publications in University of Michigan Journal of Law & Reform and DRI for the Defense Magazine. Ms. Harrigan received a CALI Award for Civil Procedure and the Raul Castro Scholarship for Academic Excellence. She is also a certified mediator, where she is able to facilitate resolution of wide-ranging disputes through cost-effective alternative dispute resolution methods in lieu of litigation.

After law school, Ms. Harrigan worked at various reputable local civil litigation firms, where she focused on insurance defense, personal injury, bad faith, and construction defect litigation.

Ms. Harrigan is an Arizona native, and in her leisure time she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking or golfing, as well as traveling, watching sports games, and volunteering at local nursing homes.
