Alexander Green is a Partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. His practice focuses on General Liability with an emphasis on Personal Injury and Premises Liability. Mr. Green regularly advises and defends clients in various cases ranging from slip-and-falls to motor vehicle accidents, including catastrophic injury cases involving Traumatic Brain Injuries and Wrongful Death actions.

Mr. Green began his legal career handling the legal defense of Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of litigation, representing self-insured government entities, third-party administrators, and private companies. Prior to working at Lewis Brisbois, Mr. Green worked handling General Liability matters, handling all aspects of litigation in cases involving Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Underinsured/Uninsured Motorists, and Construction Defect. 

Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan, where he majored in Marketing / Management and minored in French and Political Science. Mr. Green earning his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where he concurrently completed his Master of Business Administration at San Diego State University. During law school, Mr. Green worked in Civil Litigation on both the Plaintiff and Defense side and also worked at the school’s Trademark Clinic, counseling businesses and individuals on the filing and prosecution of trademarks. Mr. Green also served as a Certified Legal Intern with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office in in the Economic Crimes Division and as a Certified Judicial Intern to the Honorable Richard E. L. Strauss at the San Diego Superior Court.
