Madaleine Gray is an associate in the Nashville office of Lewis Brisbois. She advises clients on all aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity, and has experience drafting privacy policies and Terms of Service for startup companies. She has also prepared patent claim charts alleging infringement via data collection practices by companies such as Microsoft, Best Buy, and Yelp. In addition to her advisory work, Madaleine frequently writes and speaks on data privacy, cybercrime, and eDiscovery. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Madaleine served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Barry R. Tidwell before joining Lewis Brisbois.
