Samuel Gomolinski is an associate in the Chicago office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Gomolinski has experience in general liability focusing on limiting damages in cases where liability was close to wholly or was entirely on his client. He has settled a number of cases for reduced damage amounts based on inconsistencies in the Plaintiff's medical records and testimony. He has successfully defended clients based on contested liability in slips, trips, and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and other accidents.
