Paruyr Ghazaryan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and is a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation, Construction, and Intellectual Property & Technology Practices. Mr. Ghazaryan represents a broad range of clients, including public and private companies, government agencies, insurance carriers, and individuals in complex disputes involving intellectual property, breach of contract, unfair competition, fraud, defamation, products liability, premises liability, trespass, inverse condemnation, and nuisance, among others.
Mr. Ghazaryan received his B.A. in economics, cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine and earned his J.D. from USC Law School. During law school, Mr. Ghazaryan was first in class in many courses, including Torts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities Regulation, and International Business Transactions. Further, Mr. Ghazaryan served as a Teaching Assistant for numerous law school courses, including Business Organizations, Business for Lawyers, and Securities Regulation.
Prior to joining the firm, and for three years during law school, Mr. Ghazaryan worked at a boutique litigation firm where he assisted in representing clients in partnership disputes and in tax controversy matters. Mr. Ghazaryan spent the summer of his second year of law school at a Big 4 accounting firm conducting due diligence and advising Fortune 500 companies on cross-border transactions.
Mr. Ghazaryan leverages his legal, tax, economics, and accounting background to understand the most intricate aspects of his clients' business and thereby provides exceptional representation in complex litigation and in transactional matters.
