Dylan Fulop is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on commercial business disputes, representing clients in both federal and state courts. Mr. Fulop handles various matters, including contract disputes, fraud claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, and claims related to viatical and life settlements.
Mr. Fulop graduated summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Fulop served as the Assistant Lead Articles Editor for the Nova Law Review and published his article Petrella v. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer: A ‘Stairway’ to Countless Copyright Claims in the 39th edition of the Nova Law Review. During law school, he earned book awards in Legal Writing, Torts, and Constitutional Law.
