Amy Frerich is a partner in the San Diego office of Lewis Brisbois with over a decade of trial experience. Amy’s practice since joining Lewis Brisbois has been focused on general liability, insurance defense, product defect, and personal injury defense actions. Amy has experience handling a wide range of complex matters through all phases of litigation, trying over 50 cases through verdict.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Amy practiced criminal and domestic relations law, gaining extensive courtroom experience appearing in court on a near-daily basis arguing complex constitutional motions, expert admissibility issues, and dispositive motions.

Amy also has a long history of community involvement. While working as a private attorney in Colorado, Amy handled several cases pro bono, volunteered with the Arapahoe County pro se clinic, assisted high school mock trial teams, and volunteered as a judge for Arapahoe County’s mock trial competitions.
