Michael Freed is a partner in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability and Appellate Practices. Mr. Freed is an experienced litigator who represents clients in complex civil litigation matters in trial and appellate courts across the country. 

Mr. Freed has defended manufacturers, distributors, and retailers of automobiles, golf cars, tires, watercraft, recreational vehicles, bicycles, industrial machinery, and other products in product liability cases, including at trial. 

Mr. Freed also maintains an active appellate practice.  He has handled appeals in state and federal appellate courts throughout the country involving a wide variety of matters.    

Finally, Mr. Freed represents companies of all sizes in commercial litigation, including breach of contract and business tort cases.
