Kelley Fox

Associate

Kelley Fox is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice involves defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits against claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination in state court, federal court, and arbitration. Ms. Fox also defends employers in wage and hour class actions and representative lawsuits brought pursuant to California’s Private Attorneys General Act.

Ms. Fox’s practice also includes assisting employers with administrative complaints and investigations, including those involving the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Additionally, Ms. Fox also provides advice and counsel to clients on various employment issues and practices, including evaluating employment and termination decisions and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
