Emma Fennelly is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability Practice.

Emma received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, she was a student attorney in the College of Law’s HeLP Legal Services Clinic. While there she briefed argued and won a supplemental security disability income appeal in front of the Social Security Administration. She also achieved a CALI Award for her work in the Clinic.

Following her first and second years of law school, Emma summered at three litigation firms throughout Georgia. During her third year, she worked as a Graduate Research Assistant for the HeLP Legal Services Clinic as well as for her school’s Trial Advocacy program.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys visiting her family in South Georgia and taking her golden retriever to Piedmont Park.
