Christine B. Fenech is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Fenech's 26-year legal career began with family law and unlawful detainers, and then evolved to public entity defense, employment, wage and hour matters, and civil litigation defense in areas ranging from personal injury, construction defect, business disputes, property line/trespass/nuisance actions, drug/alcohol rehabilitation matters, and employment related litigation, amongst others. Ms. Fenech's practice includes all aspects of defense litigation mediation/arbitration, trial, and appellate work. She obtained her most recent defense trial verdict in October of 2016 in Alameda County.
