Brian Drach is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Entertainment, Media & Sports Practice.

Brian’s expertise lies in recognizing talented artists, individuals and companies, and working with them to further their professional goals and protect their interests by carefully drafting and negotiating the agreements forming the basis of their business relationships.

As an associate in the Entertainment, Media & Sports practice group, Brian’s work focuses on preparing and negotiating agreements in the music, television/film, digital media, technology, art and fashion industries, including recording agreements, publishing agreements, endorsement agreements, and production agreements. Brian carefully adapts his practice to the respective needs of the firm’s clients which include established and developing artists, songwriters, producers, bands, independent record labels, digital distribution companies, content creation and management companies, music publishing companies, apparel companies, management companies, executives, influencers, actors, models, and multimedia fashion and lifestyle companies.

When not assisting his clients, Brian actively supports his local music community by attending events and developing personal and professional connections with the talented individuals and companies behind them.

Brian is proficient in Russian.
