Steven Devney is a Partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. 

Steven C. Devney has practiced in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2012, mainly in the area of general liability defense, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. Prior to his work in insurance defense, he owned a solo practice representing his clients in matters related to family law, employment law, and criminal defense. He is an experienced litigator with extensive knowledge and practice in all phases of trial in Nevada. He has argued successfully in front of the Supreme Court of Nevada.

Steven is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, and after serving ten years in the US Army, he moved to Las Vegas to obtain his MBA from UNLV. He worked 20 years in the casino industry before graduating from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. Since becoming a lawyer he has worked tirelessly to provide outstanding representation to his clients. In addition to the law, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and their numerous chihuahuas.
