Oscar C. Deonarine is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Oscar primarily handles construction accident cases and general liability matters.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Oscar served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel. Specifically, Oscar worked in the Office of the Corporation Counsel’s Tort division where he defended the City of New York from numerous high exposure and complex tort claims. He has extensive experience in municipal tort law, labor law, property damage, premises liability, motor vehicle suits, negligent supervision, and other complex actions brought against a wide spectrum of New York City agencies.
