Veronica Daniel

Associate

Veronica N. Daniel is an Associate in the Fort Lauderdale office and is a member of the Insurance Coverage Practice. She represents clients in matters of first and third-party liability, property insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, and general commercial litigation in complex actions in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Daniel gained extensive experience representing various insurance carriers in first party insurance matters, as well as matters concerning personal injury protection (PIP) litigation, SIU, bodily injury, and general liability. 

Ms. Daniel received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, cum laude, from University of Florida in 2012. She then went on to earn her juris doctor from University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Daniel served as general editor and board member of the Journal of International Law and Journal of Technology Law and Policy. Ms. Daniel also served in multiple board positions including President for the school’s Art Law Society and Vice President for the International Law Society. Ms. Daniel is fluent in French, and also studied at the Université de Montpellier Faculté de Droit et de Science politique for the summer semester in 2014. She is a current member of the Florida Association of Women’s Lawyers, Broward Division, and active in her community.
