Troy P. Cunningham is a partner in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois. He is recognized as a highly experienced litigator, outside general counsel, and corporate advisory attorney with a proven track record of securing client success on a wide range of complex legal matters. Troy focuses his practice on products liability litigation, complex civil litigation, corporate and startup advice and counseling, general liability, mass tort, and toxic torts.

Mr. Cunningham exhibits a deep understanding of the law. He is a skilled negotiator and a persuasive advocate. Troy is also a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with sound legal counsel and strategic guidance.

Troy has earned a distinguished reputation with a record of success both inside and outside of the courtroom. In addition to his litigation practice, he serves outside general counsel to a number of large corporations. Troy provides his clients with comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of matters, including litigation, products liability, claims management, and corporate governance. In addition, Troy provides advice and counsel to startup corporations, including contract formation, cap table and equity management, fundraising, corporate formation and structure, civil claims resolution, liability exposure, insurance coverage, and litigation. 

Mr. Cunningham is a highly respected member of the legal community. He is a member of the American Bar Association, and the State Bars of Florida, New York, and Jersey. Troy is admitted to practice in all District Courts of Florida, New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York.
