Nancy A. Cundiff is a partner in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation and Real Estate & Land Use Practices.
Nancy’s combined experience litigating complicated contract disputes and large tort claims gives her unique insight into the business concerns of her clients and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex legal issues. This grasp of the big picture frequently allows her to identify opportunities for early resolution of disputes and to root out potential obstacles in negotiations. Nancy manages negotiation of commercial leases for clients throughout the country, and has assisted real estate developer clients in issues ranging from zoning and permitting, construction defect claims, and navigating the EB5 immigrant investment process. Nancy also counsels clients in the hospitality industry nationwide in premises liability and risk matters. She draws on her extensive commercial leasing and transactional experience to counsel clients in management of risk allocation and in defending premises liability claims. Her work has earned her recognition among her peers as a savvy, hard-working, and formidable opponent.
