Cindy Cumberbatch is a Partner in the Tampa office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the First Party Property Practice. She has experience in various stages of civil litigation, including pre-suit, Examinations Under Oath, discovery, motion practice, depositions, Mediation, and Arbitration.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Cumberbatch practiced First Party Property Defense at a statewide insurance defense firm. She also previously worked as a Plaintiff's Attorney handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and business litigation.

Ms. Cumberbatch loves to cook, bake, and practice on her instruments (keyboard, guitar, and drums) in her spare time.
