Patrick Coyne is an associate in the Providence office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.
Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Patrick served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. In this role, he assisted in the drafting of judicial opinions covering matters in civil, criminal, and family law.
Patrick graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019. He also received his MBA at the Villanova School of Business. While in law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief for Villanova’s Sports Law Journal and gained valuable experience in federal court, having interned for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is also proud to have received Villanova’s Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service in acknowledgment of his time spent volunteering while in law school.
Prior to law school, Patrick graduated from Boston College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
