Marc Cohen is a partner in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois. As a member of the Professional Liability Group, Marc focuses his practice on the defense of professional liability claims, including design professionals, lawyers, accountants and other professionals. Marc also provides claims management and contract review services for design professionals. Marc has an extensive background in insurance defense matters, including mediation, arbitration, risk and claims analysis, and complex settlement negotiations, specializing in the defense of design professionals under professional liability insurance policies. In addition to his prior law firm experience, Marc has also worked in risk management for an international office supply company, and served as corporate counsel for a national restaurant chain. In those capacities, Marc worked on numerous general liability, insurance defense, and employment matters.
