Tosha Childs is an associate in the Madison County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.
Tosha holds experience in general business litigation matters including, but not limited to, employment law, breach of contract, insurance defense, landlord-tenant, correctional medicine, and family law matters. She has briefed and successfully argued dismissal motions, summary judgment motions, motions to compel discovery and arbitration, and handled bench and jury trials. Tosha is committed to providing excellent legal services to her clients.
Tosha Childs was born in Normal, Illinois, and upon earning her Juris Doctor degree, relocated with her daughter Treasure to the Greater St. Louis area to commence her legal career. Tosha graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law.
