Nicholas Chauvin is an associate in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practices.

Nicholas, CIPP/US, assists and guides clients through the aftermath of data breach and cybersecurity incidents, which often create business and legal problems. Nicholas has experience assisting clients through the legal obligations and risks arising out of business email compromise, ransomware, and other cyber-attacks. Nicholas also works with clients to address pertinent and pressing business problems which often result with cyber-attacks. Nicholas’s advanced education in both business and law has cultivated a business-focused approach to legal counseling. 

Nicholas also work in the General Liability Practice where he has experience representing clients in transportation, construction defect, maritime, contract dispute, and general tort litigation.
