Christine Chasse is an associate in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare Practice. She focuses her practice on representing healthcare institutions such as skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities regarding claims of professional liability, healthcare or medical malpractice liability, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Chasse also represents healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and chiropractors.

Prior to being an attorney, Ms. Chasse was also a registered nurse for over 12 years. She has an Honors Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Afterwards, she completed a year-long residency for Baylor Health Care System, ultimately specializing in cardiac nursing. Later, she earned her Master’s in Nursing Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduate school, she worked as a nurse educator and is certified in nursing education. Later, she had a career in nursing administration. She has combined her past professional experiences in patient care, nursing education, and nursing leadership for a career in healthcare litigation. Her goal is to defend providers so they can focus on serving patients.

In law school at Texas A&M, she was the founder and president of Aggie Health Law Society. She also published on the subject of health law in Georgetown School of Law's Food and Drug Law Journal, the ABA's Health Law Section, and has work being published in the University of Miami's Comparative Law Journal.
