Nikki Britten

Associate

Nikki Britten is an associate in the Dallas and Salt Lake City offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Labor & Employment Practices. She is admitted to practice in both Texas and Utah and handles a wide range of matters including premises liability, construction litigation, labor law, catastrophic injury, and employment disputes. She has experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, including early investigation, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation. 

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Britten worked for a plaintiff’s labor and employment firm, where she represented clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in disputes involving employment discrimination, retaliation, and workplace sexual harassment and assault.

During law school, Ms. Britten participated in SMU’s Criminal Justice Clinic and served as Vice-Chair of the SMU Board of Advocates.
