Raphael Briones is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. 

Raphael is a motivated and passionate attorney bringing his background and experience in both commercial and general civil litigation and corporate & securities matters to deliver and provide optimal, strategic and effective litigation solutions. Raphael's primary and professional objective is to deliver quality service to a diverse set of clients by (1) providing them with timely, effective, and comprehensive solutions that generate results and (2) incorporating the highest level of emotional intelligence when delivering services. Raphael's background also shows a dedication towards serving under-served communities, passion for learning and development, and the enthusiasm to lead while emphasizing ideals of mentorship, education, and collaboration. In the past, Raphael's solutions generated results that saved thousands of dollars in taxes, helped clients stay in their homes, protected the interests of business companies and assisted in the deliverance of their goals and objectives, and improved connectivity in the community. Raphael brings his background in corporate and securities matters to assist in the development and strategy of related litigation disputes. 

Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Raphael worked as a commercial litigation and corporate & securities attorney. Raphael has argued motions in New York State Courts resulting in decisions and orders in the clients’ favor. Experience includes motion and appellate practice, real estate disputes, construction litigation, insurance subrogation, and other commercial disputes in New York and Federal Courts.
