Ms. Bhutani was a recipient of the Rising Stars® distinction in the 2018 edition of New York Metro Super Lawyers. Practicing lawyers are asked to nominate "attorneys who are 40 or under, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less." No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in a geographical region are named to the Rising Stars® list. She also received the “Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Award” in 2017 and 2018 which is awarded to attorneys based on their demonstrated and ongoing commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Bhutani earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and her J.D. from Hofstra University, Maurice A. Deane School of Law. During law school, Ms. Bhutani received the Jonathan Falk Memorial Scholarship which is awarded to students who exhibit academic excellence, leadership, a concern for peers, as well as an interest in Labor and Employment law. Ms. Bhutani also served as President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and worked as a Student Editorial Assistant for the British Journal of American Legal Studies. Ms. Bhutani's prior work experience includes serving as a judicial intern for the Honorable Scott Fairgrieve at the Nassau County District Court and working as an Associate at a New York-based law firm that exclusively handled Labor and Employment matters throughout New York and New Jersey.
