Diana Balluku is an associate in the Boston office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Products Liability and Toxic Tort Practice.  Diana handles a wide array of civil litigation matters in Massachusetts and Maine.  She primarily represents businesses, insurance companies, and their insureds in complex products liability, toxic tort, wrongful death, contract disputes, premises liability, landlord/tenant disputes, asbestos, and general litigation matters.  Diana’s litigation experience in these areas span several different industries, and includes Fortune 500 companies, national retailers and franchises, and regional and local businesses.

Diana has effectively used her research, writing, and oral advocacy skills to represent clients both inside and outside the courtroom.  As part of her practice, Diana represents clients in depositions, motion hearings, mediations, and other proceedings in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Maine.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Diana clerked for the Honorable Donald L. Cabell, United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  She has handled a variety of matters from initial filing to disposition, providing valuable insight and understanding of the court system and litigation process.
