Allison Brauer is an associate in the Dallas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. She is experienced in handling a wide range of technical and legal issues that characterize this practice, including but not limited to data security incident notification, violations of privacy rights, and consumer protection violations. She has assisted clients by overseeing investigations into data security events, navigating the complex process of responding to the loss, theft, or compromise of protected information, and guiding clients through regulatory investigations arising from data security events.

Allison also has several years of experience as a civil litigator with a background in commercial litigation, personal injury and property damage claims, professional liability, and creditors' rights.
