Aileen M. Carpenter


Aileen Carpenter is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale and Atlanta offices of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. She focuses in commercial contracts and financing, fraud and deceptive trade practices, unfair competition, Inter-Company disputes, and commercial collections. Upon Graduating from Emory Law, Aileen received the award for 2019 Graduating Woman of Excellence due to her academic accomplishments related to Securities Enforcement and Mock Trial.

Aileen Carpenter is also involved in the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith litigation practices. She utilizes her past experience at the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois where she represented insureds, insurers, and public entities in a variety of litigation matters in order to support the Insurance Coverage team.

During her time at Emory law, Aileen gained experience interning for the nation’s first abusive head trauma unit in California and conducted relevant research for the Gabriel Fernandez case.

Aileen Carpenter has gained vast international experience in her formative years. She has lived and worked on four continents ( Asia, Australia, Europe & North America). She lived in China for almost three years and Germany for four years and received her International Baccalaureate diploma from Shanghai American School. Aileen is also fluent in German.
