Records Clerk – Phoenix

With 52 offices and over 1,400 attorneys, Lewis Brisbois is one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the nation. Our Phoenix office is seeking a Records/E-Storage clerk to join our growing records department team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, uploading and profiling documents, emails, CD’s and case sensitive material in the Firm’s document management software, organizing closed file memos and storage files, managing offsite storage and accurately monitoring all items coming and going, assisting with general office coverage and special projects as needed. Applicants must be organized and self-motivated, proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PDF and Outlook. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Prior law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
