Litigation Associate Attorney - Tampa

The Tampa Office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP, a national law firm, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 - 5 years of Litigation experience for immediate hire.
Prior First Party / Insurance Defense experience preferred.
We seek a candidate with excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and writing skills and experience handling all aspects of defense litigation practice including, but not limited to, conducting examinations under oath, preparation of pleadings and discovery associated with defending a first-party property case, attending hearings, mediations, and taking and defending depositions without extensive supervision.
