Associate Attorney (Employment) - Denver

Our Denver office of Lewis Brisbois seeks a mid- or senior-level associate with four to seven years of experience to join our dynamic employment group.
Our employment group represents local, national, and international clients in all types of employment disputes throughout the United States, especially in discrimination, wage and hour, class actions, trade secrets, and employee and executive mobility matters. Associates in the employment group work closely alongside attorneys, staff, and management who take pride in their work and value the positive and creative culture of their firm, while gaining advanced employment experience, trial skills, and mentorship in building a successful practice. Qualified candidates will have drafted and argued dispositive and discovery motions and significant deposition, e-discovery, and case-management experience. Superior academic credentials and writing and communications skills are required.
Trial and evidentiary hearing experience is a plus, as is knowledge of labor and employment law, completion of a judicial clerkship after law school, and a strong interest in pursuing leadership opportunities outside and inside of the firm.
$140,000 - $165,000.
An incentive bonus may be available, based on performance.
