Edward Corwin is a partner in the Temecula office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Real Estate & Land Use and Government Affairs & Public Policy Practices. Mr. Corwin has more than 30 years of legal experience in California and Hawaii. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and litigation, including real estate purchase and sale, leasing, land use and entitlement matters, secured financing and sale of businesses. Mr. Corwin has negotiated, drafted, performed due diligence and closed escrow for numerous real estate transactions for public and private clients, including the purchase of hotels and multifamily properties valued from $10 million to over $150 million for one of the nation’s largest housing authorities. He has handled the real estate components of large business acquisitions and loan transactions, and substantial leasing work for a national dental healthcare company. Mr. Corwin also has considerable experience in construction defect litigation and construction disputes.
