Judith Tishkoff is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care Practices. She has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of medical malpractice defense, pharmacy defense, and appeals.

She handles the following types of matters:

  • Defense of physicians, nurses, nursing registries, and hospitals in actions and pending claims
  • Defense of pharmacies and individual pharmacists in actions and pending claims
  • Representation of pharmacies in mass  tort litigation including “Fen-Phen”, Baycol and PPA related litigation
  • Representation of nurses and physicians before  their respective professional Boards
  • Trials, binding arbitrations and mediations in the defense of health professionals
  • Representation of manufacturers of medical devices in products liability matters
  • All aspects of appellate practice before the Superior Court, California Courts of Appeal, and the California Supreme Court
