Karen Tang Milligan is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability and General Liability Practices. Her practice includes the representation of real estate and insurance brokers and agents. Ms. Milligan also handles surety bond matters.

Ms. Milligan also has extensive experience litigating a wide variety of cases including general liability, premises liability, motorcycle/vehicle accidents, indemnity claims, habitability, and legal malpractice matters. Ms. Milligan has also defended many high damage exposure cases, obtained dismissals on matters she defended through summary judgment motions, and have successfully represented her clients in both mediation and arbitration. Her practice includes both California State and Federal Court matters.
