Brian Slome is a partner in the San Diego and San Francisco offices of Lewis Brisbois and vice chair of the Professional Liability Practice. Mr. Slome focuses his practice on the defense of attorneys and other professionals, including insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers, real estate agents and inspectors. Mr. Slome defends attorneys in disciplinary proceedings. 

Mr. Slome also defends pollution and environmental matters, both property damage and personal injury matters caused by products and real property, air and water conditions. Mr. Slome handles government regulatory matters, as well as appeals in state and federal court as a regular part of his practice.

Mr. Slome has significant experience in cases dealing with all scenarios arising under CGL and auto policies, including premises liability, construction site accidents, commercial vehicles, personal lines auto, liability for crimes committed on premises by unknown third parties. Practice includes a large number of catastrophic cases. Mr. Slome routinely defends claims arising from construction and products liability. He has defended general contractors in multi-million dollar lawsuits, involving structural design failures and delay claims.
