Sukhvinder Tony Kahira is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Workers' Compensation Practice. 

His practice includes:

• Representation of insurance carriers and employers before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout the State of California regarding all aspects of workers’ compensation defense including but not limited to consulting, claims analysis, depositions, witness interviews, attending hearings and trials.
• Representation of employers on matters involving discrimination under Labor Code, Section 132a, and Serious and Willful Misconduct.
• Represents employers and insurance carriers in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) cases during pre-litigation phase, litigation stage including depositions and arbitration, and through post Award findings period.
• Lectures widely to employers and insurance companies on all aspects of Workers’ Compensation in small and large settings.
