Patricia Alarcon Demetri is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability and Transportation Practices. Her practice concentrates on the defense of individuals and companies in all aspects of complex civil litigation involving premise liability, transportation and property damage claims. Ms. Demetri specializes in the defense of property owners and contractors in Labor Law construction and lead-based paint poisoning claims. She also defends property owners, managers, tenants, and service establishments in premise liability matters such as negligent security, Dram Shop, elevator and slip and fall claims.

Another aspect of Ms. Demetri’s general liability practice involves the defense of various insurance companies in the uninsured/underinsured motorist claims where she has obtained favorable outcomes in binding arbitrations and bench trials litigated in all New York state courts.
