Mark Boran is a partner in the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Mr. Boran's practice is principally focused in the areas of commercial litigation, premises liability, and construction defect. He is also experienced in the defense of transportation matters.

Mr. Boran is an experienced trial lawyer and has handled matters throughout the California court system including a recent jury trial in San Bernardino Superior Court involving construction defect issues.

Mr. Boran also has extensive construction administration and project management experience as these disciplines relate to construction litigation. He has overseen the design, bid, and construction of projects situated in California. In those situations,  he has interfaced with owners, clients, design professionals, state agencies, inspectors, general contractors, and subcontractors to develop, design, construct, and close-out projects in excess of $1,000,000.00.

While at an insurance company in-house firm, Mark handled auto accident and premises liability cases. While working for a small litigation firm in Southern California, Mark handled discovery for cases involving trademark infringement, class action product liability, and construction defect.
