Charles Carr is an associate in the Atlanta office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice.

Charles was born and raised in Metro-Atlanta. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he worked as a Legislative Aide for then Representative Brad Raffensperger. During law school, Charles interned for a civil litigation firm and spent a semester with the Dekalb Public Defender's Office.

He started his legal career as a prosecutor for Fulton County where he gained extensive courtroom experience. Charles handled hundreds of cases and tried a number of cases to verdict. He was also a member of the Record Restriction team where he restricted and sealed the records of many citizens of his community who deserved a second chance.
