Rachel M. Sposato is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Sposato was an associate at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo, P.C. where she focused her practice on Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies and reorganizations, complex bankruptcy disputes, and commercial litigation. She has experience handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions and pleadings, as well as settlement negotiations and mediations. 

Ms. Sposato has also worked as the director of business development and financial operations for an on-demand food delivery company in California, and also previously worked at a Boston law firm where she focused her practice on consumer bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation.
