Don Skypeck is a partner in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Skypeck primarily defends cases involving large exposure. He has extensive experience in product liability, construction, hospitality, roadway design, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, and has litigated cases involving wrongful death and catastrophic injuries in both state and federal court in Arizona and California. Mr. Skypeck has also handled appeals before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.
