Brandon Rhodes is a partner in the Lafayette, Louisiana office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, Workers' Compensation, and Behavioral Health Practices.

An experienced, persuasive, first-chair litigator, Mr. Rhodes is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the appellate courts of each state. His experience includes defending clients in matters related to healthcare, premises liability, products liability, vehicle accidents, entertainment and recreation, commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury defense, construction, and municipal liability.

Mr. Rhodes aggressively represents his clients’ interests, working diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and advance positive resolutions to complex legal matters. He consistently achieves case dismissals, summary judgments, advantageous settlements, and favorable jury verdicts for clients, and he maintains a high success rate in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts as well as various administrative venues.

Mr. Rhodes previously served as a law clerk to the Judges of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida, going on to serve as a criminal prosecutor as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville. He then became a member of the State Bar of Georgia and worked at a large litigation firm in Atlanta, specializing in product liability, premises liability, entertainment, and complex litigation.

A native of New Orleans, Mr. Rhodes obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
