Bindu Nair is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Healthcare, and Medical Malpractice practices.

Ms. Nair has extensive Medical Malpractice experience representing physicians and renowned medical institutions. She also has extensive experience representing long-term care facilities, outpatient medical facilities, and nursing homes. Ms. Nair garnered multiple favorable outcomes for her clients through dispositive motion practice involving complex medical issues. Her General Liability practice is comprised of all aspects of complex civil litigation, primarily focused on the defense of property owners, managers, tenants, and service establishments in premises liability and property damage matters.
